Every month, we make a donation class for a charity and see how much we can raise.

November is all about

The Carolina Raptor Center

For the month of November, we are offering donation-based meditation classes with Leah. Join her every Tuesday at 8a (30min.) or Wednesday at 5:45p (45min). She incorporates a bit of movement and breathwork into the session to allow your body to prepare for the quiet bliss that is meditation.

What is donation-based? You get to choose what you pay! 100% will go toward The Carolina Raptor Center and Tejas Yoga Lab is going to match your donations up to $500 total.
